Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead operations within our Palm Bay Fab 59 manufacturing facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing operations, develop and coach employees, and ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of production and maintenance employees in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Drive daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and support career growth.
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support workforce planning, employee performance management, staffing decisions, and training initiatives.
- Manage shift operations and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
- Assist with budget administration and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization.
QualificationsRequired- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred- Bachelors' degree
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or applicable manufacturing experience.
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Additional InformationThis opportunity is on a compressed work week schedule which consists of 12-hour shifts 3 days a week one week, and 4 days the next, 6:45am to 7:15pm Sunday thru Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.
