As the RN Clinical Supervisor, you'll partner with providers, practice managers, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional clinical operations while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. You'll provide day-to-day clinical leadership, mentor and support nursing staff, oversee clinical workflows, promote quality and safety initiatives, and help ensure patients receive outstanding care at every visit.
This role offers the opportunity to blend hands-on clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You'll coach and develop staff, support onboarding and ongoing education, assist with quality improvement initiatives, and help maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating an engaged team culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Summary:
The Supervisor - Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $89,980.80 to $121,721.60 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
