Full Job Description

Position Description:

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, enhancement, and outcome tracking of dashboards, recurring reporting packages, and executive-level insights

  • Drive automation and standardization of reports using tools such as SalesForce, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other BI platforms

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and a single source of truth across analytical and reporting outputs

  • Develop and execute strategies for effective data analysis and reporting across Holman’s multiple data sources (service, product, FP&A, IT, sales tech stack)

  • Partner with Data Engineering and IT to improve data structures, definitions, and semantic models supporting revenue analytics. Enforce and follow reporting standards, documentation, and data validation processes

  • Identify data issues proactively and lead root cause analyses and remediation efforts

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team in revenue analytics, reporting, and data stewardship, ensuring high quality output, on time delivery, and accountability

  • Prioritize workload and manage deadlines across recurring reporting, adhoc analysis, and strategic projects, acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality of deliverables

  • Promote a culture of analytical rigor, data accuracy, excellence in execution, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.

  • Analyze revenue performance across products, segments, and channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and track revenue outcomes

  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Analytics on strategic, enterprise-wide projects impacting the matrixed organization

  • Oversee incentive reporting for multiple business areas

  • Partner with cross functional teams including FP&A, Sales, Product, Service to identify data sources, evaluate revenue drivers, drive standardization and consistency in reporting to support decision-making

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on revenue trends and performance expectations

  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

  • Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus

  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

  • Previous experience with SQL , SalesForce and PowerBI visualizations, including joining multiple data sets, from different sources and forms to create insightful dashboards

  • Demonstrated experience with building scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights.

  • Ability to project manage multiple priorities and deliver on time with excellent attention to detail.

  • Previous experience working in a client-facing role in either a sales, marketing, or customer success/service capacity

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $87,550.00 - $124,755.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
