As a Radiation Therapy Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Chief Radiation Therapist to ensure exceptional patient care, engaged staff, and efficient clinical operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, time-off, and overtime to maintain equitable coverage.
- Partner with leadership to improve workflows, implement new initiatives, and enhance operational performance.
- Support quality, regulatory, and radiation safety standards while promoting a culture of professionalism and compassionate care.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
- New York State license (or eligibility).
- Minimum three years of Radiation Therapy experience.
- Lead Radiation Therapist or comparable leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
