Overview

The Team Supervisor assumes responsibility, accountability, provides leadership for daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, and team member supervision in assigned area. Facilitates staff management in a multi skilled, multi-functional environment and coordinates quality improvement activities, resolution of customer service issues, and management/monitoring of resource utilization. Provide project management and facilitation, as well as clinical oversight and support for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Provide consultation and education within the division and across the System in the area of Performance Improvement and/or Peer Review. Assist in maintaining liaison with external agencies in the area of quality, peer review, and accreditation surveys/inspections.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $96,491.20 - $144,726.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
