Overview

The Supervisor, Point of Care Strategy & Activation is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Point of Care media programs across assigned clients and brands. This role partners closely with Strategy, Investment, Analytics, and Activation teams to develop Point of Care recommendations, manage partner relationships, oversee campaign execution, and provide marketplace insights that inform channel strategy.

The Supervisor serves as a day-to-day Point of Care specialist, ensuring programs are executed accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with client objectives while helping advance the agency's Point of Care capabilities and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Planning & Activation
  • Develop Point of Care RFPs, tactical recommendations, and investment plans for assigned brands and campaigns
  • Evaluate Point of Care opportunities, office selections, targeting approaches, and media tactics based on brand objectives
  • Negotiate Point of Care buys and partner agreements within approved guidelines
  • Support development and maintenance of Point of Care media plans and activation timelines
  • Prepare HCP target lists and coordinate dissemination to approved partners
  • Contribute to Point of Care POVs, marketplace recommendations, and channel learning agendas

Marketplace & Analytics
  • Monitor Point of Care marketplace trends, partner updates, and competitive activity
  • Leverage analytics and performance insights to inform planning and optimization recommendations
  • Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting for Point of Care planning and activation efforts
  • Support partner-level investment forecasting and delivery tracking
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly verification of partner delivery and office-level fulfillment
  • Contribute to the development of channel benchmarks, learnings, and best practices

Client & Project Management
  • Support client meetings and presentations related to Point of Care strategy and activation
  • Partner with Strategy teams to ensure Point of Care recommendations align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage the timely execution of Point of Care projects, deliverables, and partner requests
  • Provide clear, proactive communication regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns and partner programs are implemented according to established business rules, contracts, and operational processes

Internal & External Relationships
  • Develop productive working relationships with Point of Care media partners, publishers, and vendors
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Analytics, Investment, Partnerships, and Activation teams
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Share marketplace knowledge, insights, and best practices with team members and cross-functional partners

Knowledge & Expertise
  • Understanding of healthcare marketing and pharmaceutical advertising environments
  • Knowledge of Point of Care, HCP marketing, healthcare media, retail media, Out of Home, or related advertising channels
  • Ability to translate client objectives into Point of Care recommendations and tactical plans
  • Familiarity with media planning, buying, reporting, and campaign management processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in media planning, buying, healthcare media, partnerships, channel activation, or related marketing disciplines
  • Experience in Point of Care, HCP marketing, healthcare media, retail media, Out of Home required
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build productive partner relationships
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience preferred

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $101,790.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
