OverviewPublicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice, coined PMX Lift, in June 2021. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement.
PMX built out a new team across disciplines that is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, we are growing our team and adding depth to the specialty areas represented within it.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Supervisor of Audience Enablement to help manage our audience-based processes and projects. Given the uniqueness of this role and the cross-practice dependency on audience execution, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders. We also are looking for someone with a base level of experience with audience segmentation and/or detailed ad technology.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with various experts across the PMX Lift practice.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities- Ownership of the hands-on-keyboard work for audience segment creation and sending to partners within technology platforms
- Creation of audience segments utilizing a collection of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data within audience-based technology
- Collaboration with internal Publicis parties to ensure the audience flow is properly completed
- Assistance in various parts of the data QA process
- Full tracking of audience creation, sends, and final partner counts
- Act as a subject matter expert on PMX Lift proprietary technology, showcasing the ability to work efficiently with the technology and partner with internal stakeholders on necessary QAing of data and tech flows
- Track and enforce timely audience activation flows by ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables, leading summary emails, and any/all additional necessary communication formats
- Develop and maintain relationships between PMX Lift and external data providers, ensuring audience language remains consistent and unified through written communication
- Ownership of internal workflows for audience creation, distribution, and QA
- Provide recommendations of optimizations of historical processes, inclusive of the implementation of AI
- Ability to connect the workflows of external parties to the PMX Lift workflow
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in media planning/buying within increasing level of responsibility within an agency or media company, and/or execution of audience segmentation work
- Hands-on-keyboard experience working with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data for use in audience segmentation and activation across TV and/or digital channels
- Familiarity with Addressable TV and CTV channels a plus. Experience preferred with planning and/or buying with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
