Description:

Supervisor Physician Assistant - Transplant Surgery

Step into the fast-paced world of one of New York's #1-ranked hospital (U.S.News & World Report) and be a catalyst for high-quality patient care. You will be supervising a group of PAs in addition to working a clinical complement of shifts. You will provide work direction, assignments, and scheduling for staff. You will also be responsible for preparing performance evaluations and addressing personnel concerns.

This position will work three 12.5 hour rotating shifts, including days, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Criteria
  • Inpatient transplant surgery experience


Required Criteria
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
  • Five years of previous Physician Assistant experience
  • Current NYS licensure
  • NCCPA certification

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$184,000-$220,800/Annual
