Full Job Description
Supports the hospital's medication use functions, through the promotion of cost-effective resource utilization, the establishment of efficient work processes, and the identification and implementation of exemplary pediatric pharmacy practices. Provides direction and leadership to achieve pharmacy department goals and vision. Oversees day-to-day inpatient pharmacy processes. Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Pharmacist as required.Required Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Two years experience working as a pharmacist. Pediatric pharmacy practice experience. Experience with presentation/teaching.

Required Credentials
Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.

Preferred
Prior supervisory or leadership experience. Advanced degree in pharmacy. Pediatric hospital pharmacy experience and/or pediatric residency training. Licensed pharmacy preceptor. Record of successful cross-disciplinary process coordination. Committee leadership experience. Project management experience.

Compensation Range

$157,290.00 - $235,936.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
