Supervisor of Operations - Full Time - Nights

NewYork-Presbyterian/Allen Hospital is continuously implementing new programs to meet the unique needs of our communities, and strengthening those programs that exist. Now, we are seeking a Supervisor to help drive this work forward.

Step into the ever evolving and growing healthcare world. In this role, you will serve as evening shift House Supervisor, interacting with Nursing Administration and multiple levels of hospital leadership. Supervise operations in accordance with established hospital procedures working collaboratively with Materials Management, Supply Chain, Transport, and EVS teams all while utilizing judgment escalating urgent issues to the Administrator-On-Call. Run huddles and be a hands-on leader in this highly visible position. This role will contribute to the implementation of programs to improve the quality of hospital services. Maintains safety standards to ensure maximum protection for patients and staff. Attends and participates in departmental meetings plus special duties and projects as needed, as inherent in a leadership position.

This is a overnights position Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:00am. Location is our Allen Hospital campus in Upper Manhattan/Inwood.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$66,300-$97,000/Annual
