Job Summary and Qualifications

  • You will report directly to the Cardiovascular Service Line Director- duties include program evaluation, monitoring processes and mitigating deficits related to meeting or exceeding National program benchmarks
  • In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of American Heart Association GWTG CAD registries, NCDR PCI and A Fib registries training and quality assurance, STS, TVT (TAVR/TMVR), LAAO and Corp Registries, and LA and Ventura County STEMI Registries. You will organize and maintain electronic files of correspondence, spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data or reports
  • You will identify opportunities for improvement based on evidence-based practices, regulatory, accrediting agency and clinical research trial requirements
  • You will maintain multiple databases and dashboards, as well as analyze complex patient care data for reporting to county, state and national registries as well as to leadership at the site, division and corporate levels
  • You will partner with Los Robles departments, physicians and management is essential to achieve overall quality goals.
What qualifications you will need:

  • Current BLS provider card required
  • RN license for California required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Five (5) years full-time equivalent employment as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1-year Critical Care, Cardiovascular Surgery, Cath lab or ED experience required
  • Prior cardiovascular service line support experience preferred
  • Prior experience in Quality department within a hospital preferred
  • Prefer previous experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

We are the only Level II Trauma Center in East Ventura County. We are known for providing excellent care with compassion and kindness to each of our patients. In addition, Los Robles Regional Medical Center features a 24-hour emergency department, comprehensive stroke center, ICU/CCU, maternity, Level III NICU, comprehensive cancer center, heart & cardiovascular center, same day surgery, and rehab center.
