Position SummaryThe Supervisor of Inventory Control is accountable for the collaborative integration, implementation, and optimization of the MultiCare Supply Chain strategy for assigned location(s) in close coordination with Supply Chain leaders. The Supervisor is responsible for Supply Chain inventory control, including implementing standardized system-developed supply chain strategic plans and policies, overseeing related inventory control practices and functions (Inventory Management/Warehousing/ Pars/JIT/LUM, POU), and directing inventory control staff.
Requirements- Associate's degree or two (2) years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- CMRP (Certified Materials Resource Professional) preferred
- Minimum four (4) years of progressively more responsible experience in Supply Chain Management or Finance with one (1) year in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a lead or a supervisory role
- Experience with computerized inventory management program preferred
- Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs is preferred

Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $82,888.00 - $119,288.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
