  • Take action to address performance gaps and prevent recurrence.

  • Partner with Engineering and support teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Monitor key injection molding KPIs: Press downtime, schedule adherence, scrap/reject rates, labor efficiency

  • Lead Gemba walks and Kaizen events targeting bottlenecks between functional groups and operational inefficiencies.

  • Standardize communication and handoffs between teams to improve execution consistency across shifts.

  • Balance labor across presses to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality and throughput.

  • Manage attendance, overtime, and shift transitions to ensure consistent coverage.

  • Coach and develop press operators and Team Leads, building capability in troubleshooting, ownership, and execution.

  • Strengthen Team Lead effectiveness in coordinating daily priorities and resolving issues.

  • Provide clear expectations, feedback, and performance management aligned with PACE values.

  • Build a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and teamwork across functions.

What We Seek:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
