Full Job Description
Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor I Holds responsibility to maintain production equipment throughout the manufacturing facility. Supports all Maintenance tasks related to preventive maintenance. Supports facility work-orders initiated by Maintenance Management, Project Engineering, or other departments.
  • Must be able to work independently and complete work orders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Must have an excellent understanding of facility maintenance functions.
  • Must be able to work well with others and communicate potential problems when conflicts exist.
  • Must be able provide leadership during critical repair situations and direct people in a proficient and safe manner.
  • Read and understand construction and machine blue prints, including machine drawings, building construction floor plans, P&ID diagrams, and electrical drawings.
  • Individuals must have an understanding of DC, AC circuits and measuring techniques. Also provide troubleshooting methods and baseline rational of what procedures to follow and document described situations.
  • Responsible for understanding the proper use of engineering and maintenance documentation, which is required under cGMPs. Examples include the Maintenance Work Order System, the Critical Change Request System, SOP documentation, Validation documentation, etc..
  • Supervise Maintenance technician's pre-shutdown activities include setting up ILCs, populating rosters, scanning reference documents for courses, and recording completion of trainings in LMS.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory for Maintenance, Engineering, Metrology, and Validations.
  • Provide back up to all facility coordinators as needed.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Associates of Science; Vocational Training in related field required
  • 3+ Years of Related Experience, Maintenance/Repair required
  • Lead Experience required
  • Pharmaceutical Experience (Working Maintenance Knowledge) desired
  • FDA Regulated Industry Experience
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office required
  • Mechanical aptitude functional expert level required
  • Functional expert in reading/understanding construction & machine blue prints required
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 60 lbs unassisted, pushing, pulling, twisting, mobility throughout the facility. Exposure to allergens, working in aseptic areas and confined spaces

Shift: Friday - Sunday with every other Thursday. 6pm - 6am

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

Maintenance Supervisor I:$84,300 - $134,900 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role

Shift Differential pay is available for this position, and is determined by hours worked on selected shift.
