Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Ensure effective performance of engineering assignments.
  • Plan and direct the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.
  • Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
  • Ensure adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.
  • Monitor goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
  • Work interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
  • Research and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
  • Work on special projects, as directed.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks, as required.

Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex mechanical analyses (FEA, dynamic response, seismic/LOCA, stress/fatigue, FIV/FSI, shipping and handling, or related)
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical results to customers, regulators, or cross-functional engineering teams
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $99,000 - $134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
