Job OverviewThe Supervisor I, Case Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the outpatient case management department. This position works closely with the Manager, Director, Medical Director and Senior Management to evaluate and monitor care coordination and social services activities. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans which will have a direct impact on cost containment and improved patient outcomes.
Minimum Requirements- Licensed as an RN and registered to practice in the State of California with the State Board of Nursing (RN).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managed care at the hospital or insurance industry level.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity or equivalent experience.
- A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Compensation$107,120.00 - $128,544.00 annually
