What You'll Do:- Provide leadership and supervision to personnel engaged in the daily functions associated with fuel and ash handling activities.
- Oversee fuel operations, yard equipment maintenance and general labor activities associated with coal and/or ash handling operations.
- Responsible for compliance with safety, environmental, insurance and operating requirements.
- Work closely with Operations Leader and peers on production, O&M/capital budget development, human resource issues, and strategic business plan development.
- Effective performance is required to assure adequate fuel supplies are available to meet generation, environmental, and financial requirements.
- Requires high level of interpersonal skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships.
What You'll Bring:- High School education or equivalent. Degree in business, finance, or engineering desired for this position.
- Over ten years of job-related experience.
- Considerable and demonstrated leadership experience required.
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to maintain it required.
Compensation and Benefits:- The expected annual compensation range for this position is $100,100 - $125,000. Compensation offered will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
