OverviewThe Digital & Video Investment Supervisor is responsible for leading planning & execution of digital & video campaigns. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong media investment expertise and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service, campaign performance and team development.
Responsibilities- Manage and mentor Negotiators and Associate Negotiators: oversee day to day tasks to ensure accurate & timely execution, including trafficking, creative updates, flighting & allocations, billing reconciliation, pacing & delivery, post/reporting
- Lead strategic planning initiatives by managing the RFP process, evaluating & negotiating proposals and presenting tactical recommendations to clients
- Evaluate Upfront linear media plans and provide POVs based on marketplace trends & campaign goals
- Oversee campaign execution including activation, monitoring pacing & performance against KPIs
- Serve as a point of escalation for campaign & operational issues, proactively identifying solutions to maintain team efficiency
- Act as a liaison and build strong relationships with clients, internal cross-functional partners, media vendors, creative teams and publisher contacts to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of digital media buying experience
- Experience planning & activating digital campaigns for a large, national brand
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
- Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, particularly in the display, OLV and audio channels
- Experience with Mediaocean (Prisma & Mbox), DCM, IAS, Innovid preferred

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $90,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
