OverviewAs Supervisor, Digital Investment you will manage day-to-day deliverables and act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and media partners across OLV, Display, Audio, and Point of Care. You'll assist with the management of a team of junior staff, while also working closely with the Associate Director to plan tactical recommendations, complete ad hoc client requests, and ensure flawless campaign activation.
Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of approved media plans, including taxonomy generation, trafficking, and pre & post-launch QAs
- Review all Prisma campaign inputs for final approval
- Own pre- and post-launch vendor communications to ensure proper asset & tag needs are met, and ensure a successful launch
- Work with AD to develop integrated tactical plans through thoughtful review of vendor proposals and demonstrated understanding of client briefs
- Build and maintain relationships with media publishers and meet with new vendors to assess value and applicability
- Manage Sr. Negotiator, Associate and offshore analysts, ensuring proper prioritization and timely, accurate completion of work
- Assist in training, mentoring & developing junior team members
- Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
- Coordinate with Strategy team to ensure accurate tracking and implementation of budgets
- Assist Data & Analytics team with monthly and ad-hoc reporting needs, providing context on past performance & ensuring required optimizations are actioned
Qualifications- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 3+ years of digital media buying/planning experience
- Experience planning digital campaigns and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in person
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
- Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
- Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
- Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends
- Experience with Prisma, DCM, & Innovid preferred

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
