Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Integration & Migration Supervisor to lead enterprise data migration and system integration initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance technical delivery, team leadership, and client engagement while designing and executing scalable, repeatable data integration and migration solutions across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business applications.
This role operates within on premise and cloud architectures, with a focus on the Salesforce / MuleSoft / Informatica ecosystem, while supporting a wide range of enterprise systems, integration tools, and data technologies based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage data integration and migration engagements for enterprise clients, spanning ERP, CRM, and other business applications

  • Oversee end-to-end data migration workstreams including data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning

  • Supervise and mentor a team of data integration and migration professionals, providing delivery oversight, technical guidance, and career development

  • Collaborate with client business, data, technical, and project management teams to define scope, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, and delivery approaches

  • Define and enforce best practices for data migration methodology, integration patterns, data quality, security, scalability, and performance

  • Lead data mapping, transformation rule definition, reference data management, and data lineage documentation across source and target systems

  • Partner with solution architects and engineers to design and implement integration solutions using cloud, hybrid, and iPaaS architectures

  • Manage project execution including resource planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication

  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, estimates, proposals, and client presentations

  • Drive continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, tooling, documentation, and team enablement

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or comparable hands-on professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data integration and data migration roles supporting enterprise business applications

  • Demonstrated experience leading data migration or integration workstreams on complex implementations, upgrades, or system consolidations

  • Strong hands-on understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and integration architectures

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and enterprise integration tools

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams or workstreams in a consulting or delivery environment

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, and structured delivery methodologies

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, M&A integrations, carve-outs, or system rationalization efforts

  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar tools

  • Experience with REST APIs, OData, and event-driven integration patterns

  • Experience working with cloud and hybrid data architectures

  • Exposure to data reconciliation, financial balancing, and audit support during system migrations

  • Consulting or client-facing experience, including executive-level communication

  • Relevant technical or cloud certifications

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
