Overview

The Supervisor of Content partners closely with Client and agency strategy and investment teams to ideate, develop, negotiate, and complete campaigns for our clients across platforms. Passionate about developing media partnerships focused on meaningful engagement, production partner collaborations, and creator marketing. The Supervisor is experienced in content and knowledgeable across media fields.

Responsibilities

  • Focused on direct activation with digital and content publishers, contributing to drive creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities in the content and digital space.
  • Partner with teams to develop and complete customized composed marketing solutions, driving return on investment for the brands based on their specific objectives.
    • Provide strategic input based on audience insights, performance analysis and familiarity with the marketplace throughout content and media expertise
    • Collaborate on negotiation strategies by building strong relationships with content and digital publishers
    • Help to set overall objectives and corresponding benchmarks for each campaign
    • Steward smooth and timely campaign launch and execution thanks to a sharp attention to detail throughout the execution process.
  • Manage project execution from start to finish, including integrated sponsorships and content creation across linear, digital, social and creator
    • Drive the creative and production process with a clear understanding of all aspects of content promotion and development, including legal contracting. Help deliver efficient and outstanding programs.
  • Understand the content & digital landscape and adopt new media trends from a publisher, audience and category perspective if relevant to clients' objectives
  • Marketplace facing - build relationships and understand landscape across content and digital partners
  • Build, maintain and grow client relationships, in support of the team
  • Contribute to client presentations and lead management of deliverables and communications especially as it pertains to content and creator campaigns
  • Understand and articulate client category expertise and knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Use effective coordination and leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to work with IAT, including media and creative teams. This helps deliver complete strategies for the brands.
  • Knowledge-sharing with all team members to guarantee that PMX & Zenith solutions, tools, guidelines and processes are used and applied across the brands they manage

Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content strategy and execution; Agency side experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of content strategy, brand marketing and production across media platforms
  • Knowledge and experience with content, content strategy, brand marketing, production, digital, and social landscape
  • Creative thinker with strength in digital and social content marketing - knowledge and experience in Influencer marketing Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adjust, self-direct and move projects forward in an independent and focused approach
  • Strong client service skills, flexibility, standout colleague - client focused service mentality
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a focused team of professionals
  • Ability to collaborate and lead meetings with a variety of partners
  • Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills - storytelling key
  • Understanding of available content marketing metrics and marketplace trends in content
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; Google docs, NetBase/social listening tools, Prisma

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $110,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
