Position Overview:
Join us as the Supervisor, Advanced Care Navigation & Programs of Oncology Distinction, a systemwide leadership role focused on advancing exceptional oncology care. We're seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader with a proven track record of managing clinical teams, partnering with physicians, and driving innovative care navigation programs that improve patient outcomes.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of clinical programs. Ensures program efficiency, quality improvement, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, supervises staff, and supports outreach and education initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Job Description:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s: degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA, MHA, MPH Preferred
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 4 years recent relevant experience.
- Cancer or advanced service line department management experience. Preferred
- Direct report leadership experience. Preferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience in healthcare operations, program management, or clinical services.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executive level leadership and physicians systemwide.
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent conflict resolution on different levels of teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- EHR workflow enhancement.

Pay Range is $106,745.60 to $160,118.40 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
