The Supervision Performance & Automation Analyst will support projects to assist the Supervision Performance & Automation team in delivering automated workflows using Alteryx to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency for the Supervision team. This role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in making other team's daily work easier. Responsibilities:- Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives.
- Jointly participate in projects & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflows
- Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design
- Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds
- Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in Alteryx
- Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team's ability to operate & execute on our initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 1+ years of experience in data sourcing, extraction, or analytics
- Experience in Excel, SQL, python, and/or Alteryx
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Preferred:- Knowledge of Supervision, securities licenses a plus (7, 66/63)

Pay Range: $63,860.00 - $106,399.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
