Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un superviseur pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Votre profil :
  • Expérience de la gestion dans un milieu syndiqué, dans l'industrie manufacturière ou aérospatiale, idéalement ;
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'activités de maintenance de bâtiment et d'équipement ;
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion ;
  • Vous faites preuve d'un leadership, d'un jugement et d'une souplesse très solides, et vous êtes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision ;
  • Vous êtes axé sur les résultats, capable de respecter des délais serrés, à l'aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence ;
  • Excellentes compétences de communication ;
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des principes de production Lean et d'amélioration continue ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
