Titre du poste : Superviseur lignes moteurs MRO

Le superviseur des lignes moteurs MRO est responsable de la supervision des lignes de réparation de moteurs à notre usine de Saint-Hubert.

Si vous avez un bon sens de l'organisation, des qualités de leader et une passion pour la gestion, l'assurance qualité, ainsi qu'un fort désir de mettre en place des processus innovateurs, nous vous conseillons fortement de poser votre candidature pour notre poste de superviseur.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon l'horaire de jour à St-Hubert et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Superviser les opérations de la réparation des composants ainsi que la réparation des accessoires dans un secteur de haute technologie;
  • Motiver et énergiser l'équipe de travail afin d'atteindre un niveau d'engagement de la main d'œuvre optimal;
  • Responsable de l'atteinte des principaux indicateurs de performance: Santé sécurité, qualité, livraison à temps, productivité, etc.;
  • Appuyer au niveau de la gestion du budget, de l'embauche et du développement;
  • Animer et participer à des rencontres avec d'autres gestionnaires.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Minimum 5+ ans d'expérience en supervision des employés dans le domaine manufacturier;
  • Connaissance et expérience avec les processus d'inspection et de réparation des moteurs de l'après marché dans l'industrie aéronautique (Atout);
  • Diplôme collégial (DEC) en aéronautique ou un autre domaine relié (ingénierie est un atout);
  • Expérience démontrée en leadership;
  • Expérience dans la direction et le développement d'équipes, de groupes, de projets et/ou de processus hautement performants;
  • Doit être axé sur la qualité et engagé à fournir des services de qualité dans un environnement exigeant;
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement à haute pression;
  • Répondre aux exigences des clients tout en maintenant la plus haute qualité de travail;
  • Doit être organisé et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément;
  • Doit être capable d'interagir avec divers groupes du campus de St-Hubert.


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance de base de l'anglais pour comprendre certaines instructions de travail spécialisées, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales.

Job title: MRO Engine Line Supervisor

MRO Engine Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all engine repair line operations at our Saint-Hubert facility.

If you have good organizational skills, leadership qualities and are keenly interested in management, quality assurance and have a strong desire to implement innovative process, we strongly encourage you to apply for our supervisor position.

This is a full-time, day-shift position, Monday to Friday, based in St. Hubert, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Supervise repair/overhaul operations in a high technology industry;
  • Motivate and energize the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee's engagement;
  • Responsible of main performance indicators: Heath & Safety, quality, on time delivery, productivity, etc.;
  • Help develop and manage the budget and hiring;
  • Supervise work shift changes;
  • Host and take part in meetings with other managers.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supervising employees in the manufacturing sectors
  • Knowledge and experience with aftermarket repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry (Asset)
  • At least a college degree/DEC in aeronautics or another related field (engineering is an asset)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience in leading and developing high performing teams, groups, projects and / or processes
  • Must be quality oriented and committed to providing quality services in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
  • Lead to meet customer requirements while maintaining the highest quality of work
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to interact with various groups at our St-Hubert facility.


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand some specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may come from international organizations.
