Titre du poste: Superviseur des opérations

Le poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, sur le quart de jour, à Longueuil, et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes dans un secteur de haute technologie;
  • Responsable de la formation, de la planification des horaires, de l'assignation des tâches et des évaluations de performance;
  • Mobiliser et dynamiser l'équipe de travail afin d'atteindre un niveau d'engagement optimal, en ligne avec les standards et attentes de l'entreprise;
  • Responsable de l'atteinte des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) tels que la santé et la sécurité, la qualité, le respect des délais de livraison, la productivité, etc.;
  • Contribuer au développement et à la gestion du budget ainsi qu'au processus de recrutement.
  • Superviser et coordonner le changement de quart de travail;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes;
  • Contribuer activement à la mise en œuvre de certains projets en intégrant la participation des employés;
  • Soutenir et favoriser la conduite des changements organisationnels;
  • Organiser et participer à des réunions avec d'autres gestionnaires.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, administration, aéronautique, génie industriel ou mécanique;
  • 5+ ans d'expérience en gestion, idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique ou manufacturier;
  • Aisance dans un environnement en constante évolution et avec des échéanciers serrés;
  • Leadership démontré et aptitudes avérées en gestion d'équipe;
  • Orientation marquée vers la qualité et l'excellence du service dans un environnement exigeant;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sous pression;
  • Excellente organisation et aptitude à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches simultanément;
  • Expérience en milieu syndiqué (atout).


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance de base de l'anglais pour comprendre certaines instructions de travail spécialisées, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Oversee daily operations in a high-tech environment;
  • Be responsible for employee training, scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations;
  • Engage and energize the team to achieve optimal levels of engagement, in line with the company's standards and expectations;
  • Be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including health and safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and more;
  • Contribute to budget development and management, as well as the recruitment process;
  • Supervise and coordinate shift changes;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders;
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of various projects by incorporating employee participation and input;
  • Support and promote organizational change initiatives;
  • Organize and participate in meetings with other managers.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Aeronautics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of management experience, ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing industry;
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and meet tight deadlines;
  • Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage teams;
  • Strong commitment to quality and service excellence in a demanding environment;
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure;

  • Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.


Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
