Sommaire du poste

Se rapportant directement au directeur de la maintenance, vous planifierez, assignerez et coordonnerez le travail à l'équipe en place et aux divers prestataires externes, tout en développant vos employés de maintenance. Vous aurez la responsabilité d'optimiser les interventions, ainsi que la gestion de la maintenance, des installations et des tâches s'y rattachant.

Préparer, mettre en application, améliorer et assurer la rigueur du programme d'entretien préventif.
Coordonner et assurer la qualités divers travaux d'améliorations, la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements et du bâtiment
Prioriser et attribuer les tâches et bon de travail
Évaluer le niveau de compétences de son équipe et mettre en place des éléments afin d'assurer le développement
Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration à faible coût (fiabilité, méthodes de travail)
Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance (temps d'arrêt, efficacité, coûts)
Appliquer les politiques et les procédures de l'entreprise
Gestion complète de l'équipe interne.
Effectuer les demandes d'achat, les commandes de pièces et assurer le suivi des bons de commande (PO)
Garant du système de management de l'énergie

Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Director, you will plan, assign, and coordinate the work of the existing team and various external service providers, while developing your maintenance employees. You will be responsible for optimizing maintenance interventions, as well as the management of maintenance, facilities, and related tasks.

Summary of Duties
Prepare, implement, continuously improve, and ensure the rigor of the preventive maintenance program.
Coordinate and ensure the quality of various improvement projects, as well as the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and the building.
Prioritize and assign tasks and work orders.
Assess the competency level of team members and implement development initiatives to enhance their skills.
Identify low-cost improvement opportunities (reliability, work methods).
Contribute to achieving performance objectives (downtime, efficiency, costs).
Apply the company's policies and procedures.
Oversee the complete management of the internal maintenance team.
Process purchase requests, place parts orders, and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
Serve as the owner of the Energy Management System.

Candidate skills & requirements

Qualifications

Scolarité : DEC en génie mécanique, un DEP en lien avec l'emploi, ou DEC en gestion des opérations
Experience : Cinq (5) ans d'expérience minimum à titre de superviseur en milieu industriel
Compétences Informatiques : Aptitudes avec la suite office, Internet et un système de maintenance assisté par ordinateur.
Autres Compétences : Aptitudes en gestion de projet, excellent sens de leadership, excellente compétences en gestion des priorités, rigueur et discipline, motivé, proactif et engagé
Langues: Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais
Atout :
Expérience en dépannage général et en maintenance préventive
Expérience avec un GMAO (Intéral)

Education: College diploma (DEC) in Mechanical Engineering, a vocational diploma (DEP) related to the position, or a DEC in Operations Management.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial environment.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet, and a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Other Skills: Strong project management abilities, excellent leadership skills, outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, discipline, and a proactive, motivated, and committed attitude.
Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.
Assets:
Experience in general troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Experience using a CMMS (Intéral).
