En tant que superviseur(e) de maintenance, vous aurez l’opportunité de puiser dans votre curiosité et de collaborer avec certaines des personnes les plus innovantes et les plus diversifiées à travers le monde. En choisissant l’entreprise, vous aurez un impact à ces niveaux :

  • Planifier et coordonner les travaux d’entretien à effectuer sur les différents équipements de production afin de minimiser le temps d’arrêt des équipements;
  • Organiser le travail et les horaires selon la convention collective, les objectifs du département et les délais de production;
  • Assurer la supervision nécessaire pour une gestion sécuritaire des différents travaux d’entretiens à effectuer;
  • Créer des bons de travail à partir des besoins identifiés;
  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux pour s'assurer qu'ils sont réalisés dans les délais;
  • Organiser des réunions quotidiennes avec son équipe de travail pour communiquer les objectifs quotidiens, les résultats atteints et transmettre les informations importantes;
  • Superviser et coordonner la formation des employés sous sa supervision en collaboration avec les ressources humaines;
  • Procéder au recrutement, à l’intégration et à l’évaluation du rendement des employés sous sa supervision ;
  • Assurer le maintien d’un climat harmonieux et de collaboration dans son équipe de travail et promouvoir la culture, les valeurs et les politiques de l’entreprise;

Effectuer toute autre tâche en lien avec le rôle.

Vos compétences et votre expertise

Pour réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M exige (au minimum) les qualifications suivantes:

  • Diplôme d’étude professionnel (terminé et vérifié avant le début d’emploi)
  • Trois (3) ans d'expérience en tant que chef d'équipe et/ou superviseur dans un environnement privé, public, gouvernemental ou militaire

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Connaissance des lois et de la règlementation en matière de santé et sécurité (un atout)
  • Expérience en milieu industriel syndiqué (un atout)

La fourchette de rémunération prévue pour ce poste est de 95,155 à 116,301, ce qui comprend le salaire de base ainsi que la rémunération incitative variable, le cas échéant. Cette fourchette représente une estimation faite de bonne foi pour ce poste.

Maintenance Supervisor

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance work to be carried out on various production equipment in order to minimize equipment downtime;

  • Organize work and schedules according to the collective agreement, department objectives, and production deadlines;

  • Provide the necessary supervision to ensure safe management of the various maintenance tasks to be carried out;

  • Create work orders based on identified needs;

  • Monitor progress of the work to ensure it is completed on time;

  • Hold daily meetings with the team to communicate daily objectives, results achieved, and important information;

  • Supervise and coordinate training for employees under your supervision in collaboration with Human Resources;

  • Handle recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation of employees under your supervision;

  • Maintain a harmonious and collaborative work environment within the team and promote the company’s culture, values, and policies;

  • Perform any other tasks related to the role.

Your skills and expertise

To succeed in this role from day one, 3M requires at minimum the following qualifications:

  • Vocational diploma (completed and verified before employment start date)
  • Three (3) years of experience as a team lead and/or supervisor in a private, public, government, or military environment

The expected compensation range for this position is 95,155-116,301, which includes base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
