The Superintendent at MMI Industrial & Steel will be pivotal in managing our construction sites, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring the projects adhere strictly to the timelines and budgets. This role is suited for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is skilled in overseeing high-tech construction projects from inception to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and execute intelligent construction plans aimed at profitable and timely project completion.
  • Calculate and allocate manpower and resources necessary to maintain project schedules effectively.
  • Provide daily leadership and direction to Foreman and construction crews, emphasizing safety compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage on-site operations to meet strict deadlines and client demands; this may include coordination outside of standard working hours.

Requirements
