Job Title: Superintendent

Anticipated Salary Range: $133,000.00-$177,000.00


As a Superintendent at Boldt, you'll lead day to day field operations on complex construction projects, serving as the primary driver of safety, quality, schedule, and site coordination. You'll work closely with Project Managers, engineers, trade partners, vendors, and owners to ensure work is planned, communicated, and executed efficiently while maintaining Boldt's commitment to operational excellence and Lean principles. You'll oversee subcontractor performance, lead daily huddles and coordination meetings, develop and manage short-term schedules and look-aheads, identify and resolve field issues, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure work is completed according to contract documents and quality standards. Your leadership, communication skills, and ability to proactively manage changing project conditions will be critical to delivering successful projects and creating positive experiences for our clients and project teams.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $133,000.00-$177,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred in the areas of construction management or engineering. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Seven years industry experience and two years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
  • A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Nice to Have
  • Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • Awareness of the general construction, structural steel installation, crane setup, crane capacity, masonry, millwright work, heavy rigging, and critical lift plans.
