Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule
- Conduct and lead weekly subcontractor meetings to maintain communication and accountability
- Ensure all work meets construction documents, building codes, and project specifications
- Develop and manage construction timelines, adjusting as needed to meet milestones
- Coordinate efforts with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor quality and identify potential risks
- Resolve field conflicts and provide consistent on-site leadership to crews
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to address design and construction issues
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and change orders
- Track costs, control budgets, and implement financial efficiency practices
- Conduct daily safety walks and lead weekly tailgate safety meetings to ensure compliance
Requirements- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong working knowledge of ground-up and large-scale residential projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and Word
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
- Budgeting and cost tracking experience required
- Familiarity with estimating software is a plus
