Skillforce has teamed up with an industry leading general contractor to find a skilled Superintendent- Restaurant New Construction. This is for a 4 month project in St Louis, MO, starting ASAP. Up to $5k bonus upon project completion. This GC is also open to full time hire upon project completion if it is a good mutual fit.Superintendent Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $38-$42/hr

- Per Diem: $35 daily (with receipts)
- Company vehicle with fuel card for business travel

Superintendent Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily field operations, subcontractors, and crews on commercial construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to field staff.
- Demonstrate flexibility to return home as project phases allow.
Superintendent Qualifications- 3+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
