Hall Mechanical is looking for a driven and experienced Mechanical Superintendent to take charge of multiple projects and lead our high-performing teams to success!

As a Mechanical Superintendent, you'll report to the Field Operations Manager and oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Your day will include:
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure success.
- Leading and mentoring Site Supervisors, Foremen, and staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborating with safety teams to enforce and enhance company safety policies.
- Conducting project pre-planning and reviewing designs for cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Addressing job and schedule delays proactively to minimize losses.
- Overseeing quality control and assurance to maintain Hall's reputation for excellence.
- Representing Hall Mechanical at site meetings and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field.
- Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience. (considered and asset).
- Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, as well as building codes and safety regulations.
- Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting); PMP or P.Eng considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes, including RFIs, change orders, and Site Docs.
