Key Responsibilities: - Project planning and execution: scheduling tasks and managing the overall project timeline.
- Quality control: Inspecting work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
- Safety compliance: Enforcing safety regulations on the job site and addressing potential hazards.
- Subcontractor management: Coordinating with subcontractors, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance.
- Communication: Maintaining open communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and crew members.
- Budgeting and cost control: Tracking project expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget constraints.
- Site supervision: Overseeing daily operations on the construction site, including material management and equipment maintenance.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates on project progress to relevant parties.
Job Qualifications: - Must have recent proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent running projects as the lead person on-site. Please submit a detailed project list with a resume.
- Project types can include but are not limited to Higher Education, K12, Healthcare, Industrial Tilt-wall, Manufacturing, Municipalities such as library, courthouse, Police and Fire Stations.
- Honest, dependable, responsible & attentive.

- Able to read Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office; extended knowledge of Excel a plus.
