Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction in Geotechnical, Environmental, Civil, or similar fields with project management experience
• 1+ year of experience in lead hand, foreman, or working superintendent positions
• Ability to interpret project scopes, specifications, drawings, and execute plans
• Proven experience in motivating crews and delivering high-quality work
• Strong communication skills that are clear, direct, and solution-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping the team aligned
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt schedules as necessary
• Valid driver's license, with CDL A preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in installing slope stabilization and geohazard mitigation systems
• Create and implement safety plans to prioritize team protection
• Oversee project schedules, production, and financial performance
• Maintain accurate documentation including logs, photos, and compliance records
• Coach and develop crew members through performance evaluations and corrective measures
• Coordinate travel and logistics for crew members in collaboration with management
• Ensure equipment maintenance and job site organization
• Facilitate clear communication with clients and internal teams
