Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, specifically in Geotechnical, Environmental, or Civil industries with relevant project management experience.
• 1+ year in a lead hand, foreman, or working superintendent role.
• Proficient in interpreting project scopes, specifications, and construction drawings for execution.
• Track record of motivating and leading crews to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills that are clear, direct, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring team alignment.
• Flexibility to travel extensively and adapt schedules as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on geotechnical and geohazard mitigation projects throughout the U.S.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans to prioritize crew protection.
• Oversee project schedule, production, and budget to ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, photos, as-builts, and compliance checklists.
• Coach and develop crew members while conducting performance reviews and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for crews in collaboration with Travel and Project Management teams.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and proper organization at job sites.
• Facilitate clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
