QualificationsMinimum requirements
- 5 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Commercial and institutional experience highly preferred
- Strong in scheduling, forecasting, building code, jurisdiction code
- Highly proficient in technology (all of our systems are digital) including MS Project
- Self perform experience
- Healthcare experience is a strong asset

Compensation Transparency- Assistant Superintendent I/II $92000 to $102000
- Superintendent I/II/III $112,200.00 to $155,000.00
- General Superintendent $160,000.00 to $173,000.00
The base salary range for this role may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a
competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we'll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
