In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with design and construction meetings
- Prepare progress reports
- Assist with RFI99s, and submittals
- Reviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change orders
- Coordinate project and contract schedules
- Maintain job record files
- Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes
- Assist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Assist Project Manager with administrative support
What you99ll bring to our firm:
- Bachelor99s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 15+ years99 of related experience
- E-builder experience
- Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess a driver99s license
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
