Superintendents are responsible for the overall success of the project and expected to be a leader in the field. Chief tasks include but are not limited to:
- Supervise foremen and field craft
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Subcontractor
- Subcontractor management
- Jobsite walks
- Look ahead schedules
- Daily game plans
- Equipment & crew scheduling and tracking
- Extra work tags
- Create work plans to implement best means and methods
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience
- bilingual Spanish/ English preferred
