Success Manager - Partner Insights & EnablementThe OpportunityThe Customer Success Manager will sit within the Success team on the Partner Insights, Enablement and Success team. This role will own strategic customer relationships with healthcare systems, life sciences organizations, and research partners, helping customers translate complex clinical questions into successful real-world data and evidence workflows. The ideal candidate combines enterprise healthcare technology customer success experience - especially experience with EMR data or EMR vendors - with a strong foundation in clinical practice, real-world data or evidence, public health, outcomes research, or epidemiology.
Responsibilities:- Own a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, research execution, renewal readiness, and expansion. Develop success plans, establish measurable outcomes, and ensure customers realize sustained value from Truveta.
- Guide customers through research and analytics workflows, including cohort definition, feasibility assessment, study design considerations, data interpretation, and effective use of Truveta products and services.
- Translate customer goals, clinical workflows, and research questions into clear requirements, action plans, and deliverables. Coordinate across product, research, engineering, commercial, and support teams to drive resolution and progress.
- Manage customer education, enablement, training, and stakeholder and executive-ready communications. Clearly summarize research findings, product capabilities, risks, and recommendations in Truveta-branded reports, slide decks, and presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, informatics, analytics, and research stakeholders at health systems and life sciences organizations. Serve as a strategic advisor and customer advocate.
- Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and expand customer impact. Partner with commercial teams on account planning, renewal preparation, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify delivery, workflow, or adoption risks and develop practical recommendations for resolution.
- Occasional but mandatory domestic travel (~2-5x/yr), plus the ability to attend virtual meetings across US time zones.
Required Skills:- 4+ years of experience working in a field which developed exposure to and understanding of electronic medical record (EMR) data, real-world data (RWD), real world evidence (RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, ideally with a focus on life science or healthcare analytics customers.
- Demonstrated experience with public health research, epidemiology, outcomes research, health services research, real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), or clinical research.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align clinical, technical, operational, and executive audiences around shared goals and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain scientific, analytical, and technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of familiarity.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to timely, high-quality execution.
- High degree of professionalism, curiosity, empathy, and enthusiasm for Truveta's mission of Saving Lives with Data.
- Direct experience working at an EMR vendor, or substantial experience implementing, supporting, or advising customers on Epic or Cerner platforms and workflows is an absolute plus.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, biomedical informatics, biostatistics, health economics, or another quantitative or health-related discipline.
- Experience supporting health systems, life sciences organizations, academic researchers, or government/public health customers using clinical data for research, quality improvement, or evidence generation.
- Experience with clinical data models, EHR workflows, interoperability, population health, registries, analytics, or clinical informatics.
- Experience with statistical analysis or querying tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar technologies.

- The base pay for this position is $105,000 to $130,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
