This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to anticipate surgical team needs, and oversight of equipment, supplies, and sterile processes. The OR Specialist effectively delegates appropriate tasks to Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs), ensuring team members work within their scope while maintaining workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. The position serves as a clinical resource and promotes collaboration among physicians, nursing staff, anesthesia providers, and surgical support personnel.Job SummaryYour main role as an Operating Room Specialist RN is to follow nursing guidelines for coordinated health care. Assess patients, identify health problems, develop personalized care plans, and monitor responses. Understand patient needs and the healthcare setting to guide them safely. Prevent complications and delays for patients.

Qualifications- Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

- Must be a registered nurse
- Must have Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting.
