Status: FT Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. Flexibility with ability to cover any of the 7 nights a week, 12 hr shifts.

Patient Population:Level III Maternal and Neonatal Designation

Number of Beds: 10 Labor and Delivery Suites, 4 obstetrical emergency beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 PACU beds, 5 high risk antepartum beds.

Job Summary

Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities. This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. This is considered a leadership position and a liaison between clinical staff and Management.
