Full Job Description
The SME will play a critical role in guiding Globant's clients through AI implementations and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Guidance: Provide deep expertise in AI and Life Sciences and its applications in Pharma, Healthcare.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them leverage AI for operational efficiency.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and maximize platform utilization.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements using AI capabilities.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Stay updated on trends in Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences, and provide strategic recommendations.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • AI Expertise: 5+ years of experience in AI, including Health and Life Sciences
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences business processes.
  • Integration & Architecture: Experience with API integrations, data modeling, and enterprise architecture.
