Subcontracts Administrator III

📄 End-to-End Subcontract Management | 🚀 Aerospace & Defense Programs | 📈 Career Growth

Join a high-performing team supporting complex aerospace and defense programs. This role offers the opportunity to own the full subcontract lifecycle, work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Operations teams, and play a direct role in the success of mission-critical initiatives.

What You'll Do
• Manage cradle-to-grave subcontract activities, from supplier sourcing and RFP creation through negotiation, award, administration, and closeout
• Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct price analysis, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring performance, quality, and compliance
• Administer subcontract modifications, change orders, extensions, and related documentation
• Support procurement efforts across CPFF, FFP, and T&M contract types
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Operations teams to support program objectives
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, FAR/DFARS requirements, and government contracting standards
• Utilize SAP, SharePoint, and Excel to manage subcontract activity, reporting, and documentation
• Support supplier audits, qualification activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience supporting supplier audits, DCMA interactions, or procurement compliance initiatives
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110420.00 - $110420.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
