The Role

Z SUPPLY is hiring its first-ever Style Director - a newly created role that reflects where the brand is going, not just where it's been. This is not a shoot stylist. This is a brand architect.

This role will own the visual and stylistic identity of Z SUPPLY across every touchpoint: campaigns, e-commerce, social, wholesale, editorial, events, and product. They will work at the intersection of brand storytelling, product design, and content - ensuring that everything Z SUPPLY puts into the world looks, feels, and moves as one coherent brand.

This role works in close partnership with the Creative, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing. This role requires a style visionary and an executor - setting the direction and ensuring its execution[1] .

What You'll Own

Brand Style Identity & Direction
  • Establish a clear, ownable styling POV that distinguishes the brand from its peers in the casual lifestyle space.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Brand Style Guide that governs how Z SUPPLY product looks across all channels: styling, color, texture, silhouette, composition, and overall visual world.
  • Ensure that customers experience a cohesive Z SUPPLY brand - from the way the product is designed and styled to how it appears online, in boutiques, at events, and across marketing channels.
  • Partner with Design and Creative/Marketing to translate seasonal design direction into a cohesive visual brand point of view - from mood boards and concept development through to final execution.
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural shifts, and competitor movements synthesizing them into actionable direction that keeps Z SUPPLY relevant
  • Drive operational excellence through effective planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent campaigns, shoots, launches, and channel needs while meeting critical deadlines.

Product Obsession & Creative Development
  • Be the brand's most obsessive product eye - deeply understanding each season's line - from fit, fabrication, and design intent of every piece - translating that into styling choices that serve both brand definition and sell-through.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Marketing to identify both product gaps and product priorities and hero categories - informed by trend, category definition, past performance - anchoring seasonal storytelling, integrated campaigns, and monthly go-to-market planning.
  • Partner with Product and Merchandising throughout the seasonal design process to bring styling and consumer perspective to silhouette, color palette, fabrication, and assortment decisions.
  • Contribute to how product is photographed, styled, and presented - from wholesale to e-commerce - to tell a compelling story. Champion the idea that how a product is styled is inseparable from how it sells.
  • Attend key product reviews and stay aligned with Design and Merchandising on seasonal readiness, product flow, and sample availability - ensuring creative timing alignment each season
  • Identify opportunities to redefine how core and hero products are presented; elevating basics and essentials through styling choices that feel fresh and intentional, not generic.

Campaign, E-Commerce & Content Execution
  • Lead styling for all brand campaigns, e-commerce photography, and social content - from pre-production (pre-styles, mood development) through on-set execution and post-production review, managing looks and outfit composition on-set with photographers and creative teams.
  • Oversee styling for all social content creation, ensuring that TikTok, Instagram, influencer, talent briefs + content reflect the same aesthetic sensibility
  • Manage external freelance stylists, wardrobe assistants as needed (in partnership with Production)

  • Ensure key category + product investments, and major launches are prominently represented across seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, paid media, wholesale, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Partner with Marketing and E-commerce to constantly evaluate campaign, content, and product-storytelling performance / resonance to refine future styling direction

- Proven experience leading styling across multiple content types simultaneously: campaign, e-commerce, social, and wholesale.

Who You Are

- You have a genuine, specific point of view about style and the confidence to advocate for it while remaining open to collaboration.

- You are culturally fluent - you know what's happening in fashion, in social media, in the broader culture - and you filter it through a Z Supply lens rather than chasing it.
