Job Summary

We are seeking a Study Support Technician II to join our Insourcing Solutions team, located in Boston, MA.

As the Study Support Technician II, you will provide study support and world class animal care that impacts drug development and discovery and improve human health.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with researchers.
  • Conduct laboratory procedures in compliance with established protocols/plans and with regulatory and laboratory requirements.
  • Document experimental data including activities undertaken, existing conditions, observed results and variation from expected data patterns.
  • Perform animal health checks, animal handling, assist in surgery with pre, post and peri-operative care, and provide husbandry oversite.
  • Perform in-vivo procedures including but not limited to:
  • Compound Administration (IV, IP, PO, SQ)
  • In-Life Blood Sampling
  • Necropsy Sampling and Tissue Collection


Job Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:

Required: High School diploma/GED
Preferred: BS in Biology or related in vivo field

Experience Required:• Minimum of (2) years' experience in Research in vivo field

Preferred Experience and Skills:• AAALAS certification

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
