As a Project Manager in Sales Performance Management (SPM), lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong techno-functional leader with expertise in business requirements gather and project management, enterprise delivery across global teams along with functional knowledge of SPM tools.
Your key responsibilities- In this role, you will lead project management, requirements design and QA of SPM platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global delivery centers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SPM programs across planning, execution, and stabilization
- Manage global onshore/offshore teams and drive program governance and executive reporting
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and define solution roadmap
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Oversee SPM implementations, integrations, and enhancements
- Define and manage test strategy, UAT, and defect management
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Support innovation initiatives including AI-driven insights and automation
Skills and attributes for success- To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. Key skills include:
- Strong communication and client-facing presence, with the ability to lead executive-level discussions
- Deep understanding of incentive compensation processes and SPM platforms
- Expertise in Agile scrum management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API-based integrations
- Ability to manage global delivery teams and ensure solution quality
- Commitment to documentation, governance, and best practices
To qualify for the role, you must have- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery with focus on SPM
- Proven experience leading large-scale global delivery programs
- Strong expertise in SPM tools - SAP, Vericent, Anaplan etc.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel based on client needs

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
