The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

As a Studio Production Manager, you'll play a critical role in enabling successful creative productions by independently managing operational planning, production readiness, and execution across studio environments. You are an experienced production operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure, organization, and problem solving to every production.

You'll partner with internal and external Creative teams, enterprise business partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure productions have the operational support, resources, and environments needed for successful execution. Through sound judgment, operational expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset, you'll anticipate challenges, resolve complex operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve how productions are planned, supported, and delivered.

Production Planning & Execution

Independently manage operational planning and execution for assigned productions, coordinating production logistics, studio readiness, operational resources, and workflows that support successful delivery. Balance multiple priorities, anticipate operational needs, and make informed decisions that minimize risk while enabling high-quality production outcomes.

Studio Operations & Production Readiness

Own the day-to-day readiness of studio environments, production equipment, facilities, workshop support, and operational resources. Ensure production spaces, equipment, and workflows are organized, maintained, and prepared to support efficient production execution while creating a safe, welcoming, and professional studio experience.

Partnership & Operational Excellence

Build trusted partnerships across Creative teams, enterprise partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence throughout the production lifecycle. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational processes, and resource utilization while supporting the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, that strengthen production operations and team effectiveness.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in creative production, studio operations, production management, workshop operations, facilities, production logistics or a related operational discipline within a creative, production, or studio environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple operational priorities while exercising sound judgment and adapting to changing production needs.

  • Strong collaborator who builds trusted partnerships across internal and external Creative teams, enterprise business partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to identify operational challenges, implement process improvements, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and production readiness.

  • Working knowledge of production workflows, studio operations, equipment management, and operational best practices.

  • Comfortable learning and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, that improve production operations and team effectiveness.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and meet the physical requirements of studio operations.

This role requires you to regularly report and perform job duties onsite at our Winter Street Studio location in Minneapolis.
