A position you'll love:- You'll be a leader in our Charleston, SC office, leading the Community Studio as the Studio Principal and part of our firm wide Corporate Leadership team.
- You'll be directly involved with our clients and their goals from the start.
- You'll work with the Office President, and our Community Practice Leader to create a long-term strategic plan to grow the Studio and client mix.
- You'll assume leadership of our existing body of work with strong clients, and a team of talented architects working on clinical projects.
- You'll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for your Studio.
- You'll have the backing of a large, expanded services firm with great in-house resources.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications: - Registered Architect.
- 10+ years of experience in the Community (K-12, Higher Education or Civic/Justic) architecture & design industry.
- Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
- You have managed a team of people.
