Full Job Description
The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Delivery Lead to join our growing Marketing Transformation team. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with top-tier organizations to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Adobe cross platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing business process optimization, the suite of Adobe personalization platforms, and key integrations, combined with strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. You will have the unique opportunity to advise teams and client C-suite executives on their transformation strategies, helping them design and implement complex programs delivered on the Adobe platform suite.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management, delivery and sales of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. You will:
  • Define, design, and implement scalable Adobe solutions to support marketing requirements
  • Leverage leading practice methods and techniques to define Adobe solutions.
  • Design and manage integrations between Adobe's platform suite and other platforms
  • Utilize APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
  • Establish overall standards for Adobe configuration and implementation.
  • Define and refine our estimating framework for cross platform Adobe projects.
  • Provide thought leadership on leading capabilities and how to leverage AI as part of an implementation
  • Lead Adobe transformation sales processes, including pipeline management, and serve as the pursuit leader for key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 6 years of relevant experience in Adobe cross platform implementation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of the following specialties: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP
  • Significant knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing leading practices, processes, and technologies to drive customer-centric solutions while reinventing marketing strategy and operating models.
  • Experience working in marketing, customer-driven, and/or growth projects within technology, telecom, media/entertainment, or consumer products/retail industries.
  • Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports.
  • Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, actively mentoring junior consultants.
  • A valid passport and US driver's license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 50-80% both domestically and internationally.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,200 to $262,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
